Take a magical journey down the Yellow Brick Road in our musical theatre workshop, where we explore the enchanting world of 'The Wizard of Oz' and its celebrated twist, 'Wicked.' Younger performers will dive into the timeless classic 'The Wizard of Oz,' while older participants will add their flair with elements inspired by 'Wicked.' Together, we’ll discover the power of storytelling, music, and drama, culminating in a dynamic showcase that blends the best of both worlds!

Christine Dufour is a passionate musical theatre workshop instructor with six years of experience in the field. With a strong background in choreography, she has choreographed 14 productions, bringing dynamic movement and storytelling to the stage for multiple state programs. As a recognized National Thespian Choreographer, she earned first place in the Musical Theatre Group Dance category, showcasing her expertise in blending technique with performance.

Dedicated to inspiring performers of all levels, Christine strives to create an engaging and educational environment where students can develop their skills and confidence on stage.

Hallie Doiron is currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Theatre at Louisiana State University. With a passion for both teaching and the performing arts, she strives to create engaging and dynamic learning experiences for young students. Her background in theatre enhances her ability to incorporate creativity, storytelling, and movement into the classroom, fostering an interactive and inclusive environment.
